Patch 1.17.1 to 1.18.1.3 for Euro Truck Simulator 2

This patch allows you to update your Euro Truck Simulator 2 from version to version 1.17.1 1.18.1.3.
Below you can find full list of changes.

1. Fixed bug with artifacts sometimes occur.
2. Fixed a geometry error on some systems with Windows XP.
3. Added a new brand of cars: Mercedes-Benz.
4. Added new truck: Mercedes-Benz New Actros.
5. Improved behavior of plants (distance of appearance and disappearance, reconfigured the range of detail, added more settings).
6. Added daytime running lights for Iveco Hi-Way, Mercedes-Benz New Actros, Volvo FH and DAF XF Euro6.
7. New models for trailers.
8. Support the appearance of passers-by, depending on the weather, it supports more animations.
9. More than a thousand minor fixes throughout the game world and the map.
