The Bad-Ass Vault Dweller Long Coat for Fallout 4 adds to the game two versions of the vault suit with a long leather coat. Looks cool and dangerous. You can create these objects in the chemistry lab (don't ask why).

Once you've added all the mod files into the game folder, follow the following address:

"C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Fallout4"

There you will find the file plugins.txt. Open it with any text editor and add to the end of the line LongCoatVaultSuit.esp. After that, go to file properties and tick "read Only"
