Valley v2.0 for Spin Tires

Map Valley v2.0 for Spintires 2014.
Tested in game version from 13.04.15.

Changes in version 2.0:
- removed the branches from the roads;
- added trucks now on the map, two lorries, two KrAZ, three Maza(two D537 and one E7310), one ZIL, two of the Urals, and removed UAZ, as were complaints that it is not needed;
- removed the swamp in the garage;
- invisible swamps became visible;
- added three gas stations;
- the map now has five sawmills
- reduced the number of intelligence points. Changed the position of the trucks, now they are scattered all over the map.
