Superior enchanting solovinoj armor for Skyrim

This MOD changes them, and will make the armor for the thief/assassin from TB.
New spell:
Hood-Luke put on 40% more damage
Armor-reserve forces increased by 40, magic resistance improved by 50%
Glove-handed weapon attacks are 25% more damage, twice the damage from the strike in the back (the clandestine attack)
Boots-silent movement, stealth increased by 35%
